The purpose of PEP Vancouver (Personal Experimentations in Philosophy) is to grow and expand our minds through the study of philosophy. We meet on the THIRD WEDNESDAY of every month. We will be working through selected texts by reading sections in advance and then coming together to discuss. Humanism is a worldview based on reason, science, and compassion instead of supernatural dogma. The BC Humanists are Vancouver and British Columbia's oldest group serving the freethought community. We hold Sunday meetings every week at the Oakridge Seniors' Centre in Vancouver and special events at different times across the province. Not all of our members are on MeetUp, so except larger crowds than are confirmed online!
